Jody
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Jody holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, and Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. She possesses extensive experience in management, coaching, professional development, budget development, and non-profit funding development spanning multiple decades. This includes work with county, state, and federal entities, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations, with a strong focus on aligning purpose and vision with long-term sustainability.
When not working, Jody enjoys staying ahead of business trends, engaging in community networks, and spending quality time with friends and family, including four grandsons!
Chad
Senior Operations Manager
Chad has a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Minnesota and brings an integrated background in nonprofit grant development, coaching, program writing, and facilitation. Experience includes writing grant and award proposals, designing organizational systems, and supporting operational infrastructure, such as artifact protocols, budget monitoring, and asset mapping. He has worked alongside state- and county-level staff on reporting, reviewing, and gaining insight into compliance protocols and auditing processes.
Chad is a Texas Barbecue enthusiast, loves music, and reading! He adores his two sons and loves exploring the world with them.

Our Associates
Customer Success Manager: The Customer Success Manager holds a Bachelor's in Communications with minors in Business and Spanish from Northern Arizona University and a Master’s Degree in Communications from Arizona State University. She supports client engagement, fiscal systems, financial and service agreement management, tracking systems, proofreading, client-facing materials design and development, and learning systems, including training delivery.
Data Scientist: The Data Scientist holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences, along with certifications in Data Science. This interdisciplinary background supports the analysis of complex datasets across behavioral, operational, and program contexts. Skills include data cleaning, feature engineering, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling, as well as developing Python-based workflows to support program evaluation, reporting, and data-informed decision-making.
Illustrator: The Illustrator holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Azusa Pacific University in Biblical, Spanish, and Liberal Studies. She uses an iPad with an Apple iPencil and the Procreate app to create customized, original graphic designs for EE Inc.
