Phase One: Preparation

  • Secure project initiation with a formalized proposal and mutually signed agreement outlining scope, terms, and deliverables.

  • Select a centralized digital workspace for document sharing, collaboration, and organization.

  • Provide a digital management tool/system to ensure progress, action deadlines, and document review status.

  • Present an EE Inc. guide so the team can identify, support, and understand the general operating procedures. This will help streamline this project and budget from the start.

Phase Three: Action

  • Define and develop Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals based on data-driven analysis to track project impact. Establish and identify metrics and methods for monitoring progress.

  • Build objectives and activities into a timeline aligned with assigned staff. Funding estimates should be produced based on the objectives' resources and costs.

  • Plan and identify resources effectively, ensuring the right personnel, materials, supplies, equipment, and vendors (outside consultants, external evaluators, trainers) are needed for project success.

  • Craft detailed explanations of budget allocations, linking each expense to project goals and requirements.

  • Facilitate an agreement on budget allocations to align resources with project priorities and goals.

  • Develop a narrative that aligns project goals with funding priorities and evaluation criteria.

Phase Four: Completion & Reflection

  • Utilize professional formatting to enhance document readability, compliance, and visual appeal.

  • Review and submit all required materials.

  • Compile final documents for Client. Schedule a final virtual meeting with the Client Team for future implementation support, reflection, and feedback.
